Pest inspections are thorough, and reports are detailed, including photos and annexures that explain findings. Jason is a licenced Pest Inspector who has the experience, knowledge, and tools to identify issues that may not be obvious to the untrained eye at first. For added assurance, the innovative 3-in-1 design incorporates Termatrac’s patented radar technology, relative and direct moisture sensors, and a thermal sensor. The T3i All Sensor was created to assist operators in detecting, verifying, and tracking the presence and extent of termite and other pest activity. We use this equipment to inspect accessible areas like walls, floors, and ceilings for timber pests, leaks, or potential excess and unexplained moisture.
The Tramex ME5 Moisture Meter measures moisture levels on surfaces such as cabinetry, drywall, plaster, and masonry in real time. This non-invasive equipment provides a detailed understanding of any surfaces on the property that need to be investigated further. If a high moisture reading is found, your inspection report will detail the exact location(s) where the high moisture was found and recommend appropriate trades.
The Flir C3 Thermal Imaging Camera is ideal for locating water leaks and determining what is causing the water ingress. Thermal imaging is converted into a picture using this powerful device.
